Five Guinness World Records and dozens of television appearances later, he continues to instruct adults in a one-on-one environment. New martial arts students are accepted pending an interview.

Do I need to own fitness equipment to do in-home personal training?
You do not need to own any fitness equipment! Shelley Fitness will bring all of the necessary equipment to achieve the results you desire.
What are your rates?
Our rates are based on a number of factors, including your location, frequency of sessions, and whether you train by yourself or with a friend or small group. We are happy to provide a quote during your free consultation session.
